Hi! My name is Caitlyn and I am a junior at Texas State University. I'm majoring in public relations with a minor in business administration. I'm not sure what I want to do with my life just yet so for the present I am dabbling in many different things such as event planning, corporate PR, and management hoping to find the best fit for me. Other than class I am a member of PRSSA which is a student based organization and I have just recently joined SEPA which is a student event planning organization that was created just last semester by some amazing students here at Texas State.





I was born and raised in San Antonio, TX where I pretty much spent my life dancing. I was a member of my high school's dance team and was trained in ballet for over 15 years. Sadly after my senior year I discovered I had some knee problems and would no longer be able to dance the way I had been used to, so now I enjoy dancing when I can, which is not as often as I would like.









I am a huge cat person and I absolutely adore my cat whose names is Little Bit. He is my baby and I have multiple framed pictures of him in my apartment since I can't have him up here with me sadly. He's been with me since I was in 5th grade so he's been there for me pretty much my entire life and I definitely miss him a lot. I spend a lot of my time at animal shelters both in Kyle, Tx and San Antonio, Tx. I started volunteering at the Animal Defense League when I was a junior in High School because I wanted to be able to give back to the amazing shelter where I found my kitty, and I love that the ADL is a no kill shelter because I believe every animal should have a chance to find a forever home.
